There’s a few smaller islands that don’t have any name on the map that you still need to “discover” by stepping on them. 1. Award. Share. It isn’t a bug. I didn't unlock it until my second playthrough, thought I had found everything on my first but a tiny little section near where you start the daughters of artemis quest is what finally unlocked it for me. Not bugged. It counts most of the tiny little islands, every land and sea section. Hermes Homie is a broken trophy. I know this is posted a TON in this sub, but boy am I having trouble with that trophy. I’m stuck at 99.53% regions discovered. I’ve checked all the locations people have suggested on other posts but I’ve been to them all. I cannot find a single area I haven’t unfogged yet. Been all around the world and . Hermes Homie not unlocking. I've spend the last gameplay hours to finish every point of interest and reveal every part of the map. Currently sitting at 100% regions discovered, got even the achievment on uPlay, but the Steam one don't unlock. Edit: the one on uPlay isn't unlocked as well.

I zoomed in and looked at every island but there’s no areas still left to unlock. I checked the Volcanic Islands cause they’re colored sorta like you haven’t visited a place.
